I go few times a week! Lisa is my go to therapist. She is amazing -her technique and professionalism gives me so much relief from a frozen shoulder and general muscle tension.

It was very nice. Easy to get an appointment on short notice. Very professional. Know your tolerance level before going in, make sure to let them know. Only thing I would add would be some scent to the air. Orange, cinnamon, almond... Fresh and light.
